THE OPPORTUNITY

This is not a button-pushing seat.

Lawn & Land Marketing serves one industry: lawn care and landscaping. Our clients do not need generic social campaigns. They need offers, creative, and follow-up that make sense for local service businesses, changing seasons, and real crews with real capacity.

You will own Meta strategy and execution across assigned client accounts. That means reading performance early, improving the inputs, working with the team on lead quality, and making a clear call when the evidence says a campaign needs to change.

If you want real ownership now and the room to build what comes next, keep reading.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

The full performance loop.

Strategy, execution, diagnosis, communication, and a better system after every cycle.

Campaign performance

Build, manage, and improve Meta campaigns that create qualified opportunities for lawn and landscape companies.

Creative and AI

Design accurate static ads and use ChatGPT image generation to turn client photos, services, and seasonal demand into original campaign creative.

Lead quality

Look past platform CPL. Work with our CRM and account team to understand which leads become estimates, jobs, and revenue.

Forms and quality control

Build Meta Instant Forms, verify lead routing, and check copy, creative accuracy, targeting, tracking, and approved budgets before launch.

Clear reporting

Explain what changed, why it matters, and what happens next without hiding behind dashboards or jargon.

Department leadership

Own the seat now. Improve the playbook, raise the standard, and help build the department as we grow.

THE FIT

You know the difference between activity and performance.

Strong candidates can show the work, explain the judgment behind it, and stay accountable when performance moves the wrong way.

You may be a fit if...

  • You have managed Meta lead generation across multiple accounts.
  • You can diagnose tracking, auction, offer, audience, creative, and follow-up problems separately.
  • You care about qualified leads, not just the cheapest form completion.
  • You can design strong static ads and use ChatGPT image generation without sacrificing visual accuracy.
  • You communicate early, clearly, and without excuses.
  • You want meaningful ownership and the opportunity to grow into leadership.

This is probably not for you if...

  • Your experience is almost entirely e-commerce.
  • You wait for someone else to notice account problems.
  • You report vanity metrics without connecting them to the pipeline.
  • You change budgets or ads before finding the cause.
  • You treat polished-looking AI creative as finished without checking whether it is accurate.
  • You want a quiet seat with narrow responsibility.
HOW WE WORK

Five values. No wall art.

These are the behaviors we expect when the work is moving fast.

01

Be The Energy

Bring steady momentum when the account is winning and when the numbers get uncomfortable.

02

Courageous Communication

Flag problems early. Give the real answer. Ask the hard question before it gets expensive.

03

Lead With Solutions

Do not stop at the problem. Bring the diagnosis, options, recommendation, and next check.

04

Own Your Role

Know the accounts. Know the numbers. Follow through without waiting to be chased.

05

Grow Or Die

Meta changes fast. Keep learning, testing, and improving the system instead of defending old habits.

ROLE DETAILS

Built for someone who wants the keys.

You will have direct access to leadership, a team that moves quickly, and a specialized client base where strong ideas can compound across the portfolio.
